Registration Fee

  • 3800 SEK for teams without accommodation (school or hotel) and meals
  • 2950 SEK for teams with accommodation (school or hotel) and meals

The registration fee is due 10 days after the registration date. Registration is considered complete when the fee is paid.

Your registration must reach us no later than December 1 for us to guarantee a place in the tournament.

School Accommodation
School accommodation costs 1650 SEK per person and includes:

  • Lodging for 3 nights on hard floors (School - Solna Gymnasium)
  • Meals (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 3 dinners)
  • Free travel with Stockholm Public Transport (SL)

Hotel Accommodation 
Hotel accommodation costs per person vary depending on room choice but include:

  • Hotel lodging
  • Free travel with Stockholm Public Transport (SL)
  • Meals (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 3 dinners)

Breakfast is served at the hotel; other meals are served at the school.

Prices per person (3 nights Thursday–Sunday):

  • Single room: 3850 SEK
  • Double room: 2750 SEK
  • Triple room: 2350 SEK
  • Quadruple room: 2200 SEK

Prices are based on rooms being filled with 1, 2, 3, or 4 people respectively.

Other Conditions for Hotel Accommodation:

  • Bookings and payments are made directly to AIK in advance.
  • Room service, parking, etc., are paid directly to the hotel.

There's a risk that rooms may run out, so it's important to book in good time. If they do run out, we cannot guarantee this price but will gladly help find an alternative at the best possible price.

Please fill in your preliminary requests during registration!

Withdrawal of Teams

Neither the registration fee nor the cup card is refunded if a team withdraws from the tournament. Teams that withdraw as late as two weeks before tip-off are charged 3500 SEK, invoiced to the club.
